10 month internship experience

Hello, this is Nakajima of RICCI EVERYDAY.

It's almost June.

2023 is already half a year ...!

Time passes quickly and I'm surprised.

And, for my personal matter, I decided to graduate from the intern at the end of May.

I was taken care of at RICCI EVERYDAY for 10 months from July 2022.

This time, I would like to deliver my internship experience.♪

I would be glad if you could read it to the end.

1. I tried to start an internship

The reason I decided to start an intern was RICCI EVERYDAY, I wanted to learn what I couldn't learn in classroom lectures, and I wanted to get various awareness by actually working.

Since I was a junior high school student, I was interested in fair trade and social business, but a high school teacher told me that there was a wonderful brand of graduates. That was RICCI EVERYDAY.

That's right, I'm actually from the same high school as Nakamoto Chizu!

At the same time, I was impressed by the brand that delivers colorful and powerful items in consideration of the environment and human rights, and at the same time, I felt a little closer to RICCI EVERYDAY.

One day, I was looking at the RICCI EVERYDAY website and learned that I was looking for an intern.

I was originally interested in SNS marketing, so I want to try it! I thought and applied.

  1. What I learned through internship

As a team with one of the same goals, through interns at RICCI EVERYDAY, I learned the importance of crossing the team and looking at things from a long -term and bird's -eye view. On the other hand, at the same time, I learned that it is necessary to see things short -term and short -term.

In addition, I felt the pleasure of conveying the charm of African plastic.

As a business, I was mainly involved in the operation of Twitter and Instagram, online stores, and the showroom.

Both Twitter and Instagram are the same SNS platforms, but we worked hard to deliver useful and fun information to everyone in a slightly different way to make use of their characteristics.

In cooperation with a photographer who took a nice photo, an intern who posted in sharing, and many people, such as SNS management teams and online marketing teams, each post was completed.

Like each of you! I was happy, and I was happy to be able to get involved with everyone with comments and posts that tagged RICCI Everyday.♡

I always looked at things with a bird's -eye view, and I noticed that I didn't notice it, and only seniors who gave me advice were very much learned!

In addition, we deliver a lot of items with many patterns every week, but the most impressive is how to name the pattern.

In fact, when a new pattern is now, the staff is named.

This pattern is called "breeze dance".

Perfect for a refreshing impression!

This pattern was not me, but other staff, but as expected! I thought it was a naming sense.

Do you know what this pattern is?

This is a recent "violet" pattern.

Actually, I was in charge of the name, but it looked like various things and got lost.

At that time, the representative Nakamoto looked at this pattern at a glance and named it "Sumire"!

Certainly it looks very spared!

I was impressed with the perfect naming.

There is such a behind -the -scenes story, and there are many iconic patterns of RICCI EVERYDAY African prints!

It was a lot of fun to be able to deliver a fun African print to everyone from the name like this.

Please look forward to the new pattern and its name.♪

3. Finally

It was a long and short feeling, but I was able to get a lot of learning from RICCI EVERYDAY.

I had no experience with SNS marketing, and I was in charge of the operation of Instagram and Twitter.

In RICCI EVERYDAY, it was always possible to respect everyone's opinions and share ideas without a barrier.

Also, I felt strongly that African plint had power.

African plint that is colorful and bright, gives you energy when you wear it.

I was able to work on an internship surrounded by such an African plint, so it was really fun and brighter.

After working on an intern at RICCI EVERYDAY, I would like to work on things that will give people energy in the future.

Thousands of RICCI EVERYDAY as an intern will end at the end of May, but I want to continue to be involved as a fan!

If you see someone with RICCI EVERYDAY items in the city, you may be me! (smile)

Until the end Thank you for reading.
