Job Description

At a limited -time pop -up store held at department stores in Tokyo, you will be served and sold RICCI EVERYDAY products. You will also be able to display the pop -up store and manage inventory.

Specific business content

Customer service / Sales (product guidance, coordination proposal, etc.), goods out / display, inventory management

When you sell it at an event, you will receive customer service sales training in advance. In the training, we will explain the background of the RICCI EVERYDAY brand, how to convey the characteristics of the product, how to convey the charm, the points of customer service, etc., so that we can work with confidence as a sales staff.


Training system

Before actually standing at the pop -up store and selling it, at the Daikanyama directly managed storePlease take about 2 hours of training.

In the training, you will learn about the background of the brand, the charm of the product, the point, and how to display it.

Working hours

It is a shift system according to the opening hours of department stores, and you will work 2-3 days a week.

10: 00 ~ 13: 00 -Customer service
13: 00 ~ 14: 00 -Break (1 hour)
14: 00 ~ 16: 30 -Customer service, leaving work

* One day of working hours (late turns)

13: 15 ~ 15: 30 -Customer service
15: 30 ~ 16: 30 -Break (1 hour)
16: 30 ~ 20: 00 -Customer service
20: 00 ~ 20: 15 -Pop -up tightening work, leaving work
